Fire TV Stick Setup Guide

Important: If you already have Tivimate installed, uninstall it first or V12Mate may not install.

Part 1: Install Downloader App

  1. Go to My Apps from the Fire TV home screen.
  2. Select Get more apps.
  3. Choose Search and type Downloader.
  4. Select Downloader from the results.
  5. Choose Download and wait for it to install.
  6. Do not open it yet. Press Back to return to the Home screen.

Part 2: Enable Developer Options

  1. Go to Settings → My Fire TV.
  2. Open About and click Fire TV Stick 7 times.
  3. Press Back and open Developer Options.
  4. Enable ADB Debugging.
  5. Open Install Unknown Apps.
  6. Turn permission ON for Downloader.

Part 3: Install V12Mate

  1. Open Downloader.
  2. Press Allow for file access.
  3. Dismiss the welcome message.
  4. Enter Downloader code: 2494311 and press GO.
  5. Accept the Privacy Policy.
  6. Press Install and wait until complete.
  7. Press Open.
  8. Press Add Playlist and enter your IPTV login details.
Tip: If channels do not load, delete the playlist and add it again carefully. Check your username and password.

Android TV Setup Guide

  1. Open the Play Store on your Android TV.
  2. Search for Downloader and install it.
  3. Enable unknown app installation for Downloader if asked.
  4. Open Downloader and enter code 2494311.
  5. Install V12Mate.
  6. Open the app and add your IPTV subscription details.

Smart TV Setup Guide

  1. Open your TV app store.
  2. Search for Hot Player or another IPTV player.
  3. Install and open the app.
  4. Copy the MAC address shown on the screen.
  5. Activate the app if a license is required.
  6. Add your IPTV playlist or Xtream Codes login.
  7. Save and start streaming.

iPhone, iPad & Apple TV Setup Guide

  3. Open the app and choose Login with Xtream Codes API.

  2. Select Add Server.
  3. Choose XC API Login.
  4. Enter your server URL, username, and password.

  6. Return home and select Live TV.

IPTV Troubleshooting Guide

Common issues and quick fixes to get you back online.

General Troubleshooting

  1. Channels Not Loading
    Verify that your username, password, and server URL were entered correctly. Even one incorrect character can prevent login.
  2. Buffering or Freezing
    Restart your router and device. Use a wired connection whenever possible. We recommend at least 25 Mbps internet speed.
  3. "Invalid Username or Password"
    Double-check your login details. Copy and paste credentials directly from your welcome email if possible.
  4. EPG (TV Guide) Not Showing
    Refresh the playlist and EPG data from your IPTV player settings. Wait a few minutes for the guide to update.
  5. App Crashes or Won't Open
    Clear the app cache, restart the device, and reopen the app. Reinstall the player if necessary.
  6. No Sound
    Change the audio track within the player or restart the channel. Ensure your TV audio settings are correct.
  7. Black Screen on Some Channels
    Try another channel first. If only specific channels are affected, refresh the playlist and restart the player.
  8. Playlist Not Updating
    Remove the playlist and add it again using the latest login information provided by support.
Quick Fix: Most IPTV issues are resolved by restarting the device, restarting the router, and refreshing the playlist.

Device-Specific Fixes

  1. Firestick
    Go to Settings → Applications → Manage Installed Applications → V12Mate → Clear Cache.
  2. Android TV
    Force stop the IPTV app, clear cache, and relaunch it.
  3. Samsung & LG Smart TVs
    Fully power off the TV for 60 seconds, then reopen the IPTV application.
  4. iPhone & iPad
    Swipe the app away completely and reopen it. If necessary, reinstall the app from the App Store.
  5. Windows & Mac
    Check firewall or antivirus settings if streams fail to load.
