We recommend at least 25 Mbps. Higher-resolution streams and multiple devices may benefit from more speed.
One character is usually missing or incorrect. Re-enter every value exactly, remove extra spaces and confirm the subscription is active.
You can install a player on different devices, but simultaneous viewing depends on the device connections included in your plan.
